Here's one for the "MOMMA"!
I ran the Country Music 1/2 Marathon in Nashville, TN on April 26 with some great friends. It was hot and hilly, but still lots of fun. I had a "time" goal of 2 hours and ran it in 2:05, so I was happy! I got a shirt there that says "Run like a Mother". Running has been my new hobby, alone time and friend time since having kids, not to mention I can now eat more chips and salsa. I am thinking of running the St. Jude Full Marathon....26.2 miles...yikes...someone talk me out of this!
"Hello" from the azaleas
The previous owners of our house were master gardeners and we are reaping the benefits of years of their labor. These awesome azaleas bloom every year to let us know Spring is here.
